Please Read Carefully Prior to Enrollment.

I authorize MediaPro University (“MediaPro”) to record my voice, tape and photograph me during and in connection with my participation in the MediaPro University Photography Workshop (“Workshop”). I authorize MediaPro to display any such images and sounds obtained during my participation in the Workshop worldwide, in any and all media in perpetuity.

I further agree that MediaPro University may use and license others to use my name, voice, likeness and any biographical material concerning me that I may provide in order to promote, advertise, and publicize the Workshop in any and all media, worldwide in perpetuity.

I hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my appearance or the uses to which such appearance may be put. I acknowledge that MediaPro University will rely on this permission and hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. For purposes of clarity, I expressly waive any and all moral rights I may have in connection with my appearance.

In addition to the above, I grant MediaPro University a nonexclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use all videos, photographs, blogs, vlogs and other materials I create while at the Workshop ("Materials"), or any portion thereof. I acknowledge that MediaPro University will accord credit as it determines for any use of the Materials and that, at MediaPro University's sole discretion, I may be compensated for the Materials in the future. However, I acknowledge and agree that MediaPro University is not obligated to compensate me, and that I am entering into this agreement without the expectation of any payment. In the event that MediaPro University, in its sole discretion, compensates me for the Materials, I understand and agree that I will be solely responsible for all taxes, duties and other governmental assessments that may be due as a result. All materials relating to the Workshop curriculum and course work ("Curriculum Materials") are the sole property of MediaPro University. I will not disseminate any Curriculum Materials to any third party outside of MediaPro University.

Age Requirement:  In order to attend a MediaPro University Workshop alone, I understand and acknowledge that I must be at least 21 years of age or older.  If I am not at least 18 years of age or older I understand and agree that I must attend the Workshop with a parent or legal guardian.  If I am 18-20 years of age I understand and agree that due to Carnival Cruise requirements I must travel with a responsible adult companion who is at least 25 years of age or older.  If not already enrolled as a Workshop attendee, Parent, legal guardian, or companion must purchase a cruise ticket in order to travel with the Workshop participant.
